3/4 Class News Term 3 - Weeks 2 & 3

In Grade 3/4 this past fortnight, we have continued unpacking the school values, in particular ‘Respect.’ We have been practicing our routines and expectations and learning about how we can show respect in all areas of our school including the classroom, playground and specialist areas.

In Literacy, students have researched a country or sport of their choice that is associated with the Commonwealth Games. Students will finalise their research by creating an information report poster that focuses on well thought out text layout.

In Maths, students have begun learning about fractions and time, as well as consolidating their number facts skills as a part of ‘Facts on Fire.’
