Foundation 1 Week 1

This week we have focused on resetting our classroom and revisiting our routines and expectations to ensure a smooth and positive start to Term 2! It was great to see so many students remembering to bring their red reading folders back to school with their fluency books inside. These pieces of equipment are used daily in our literacy block. We are also really enjoying our refreshed learning space, especially our new walls and windows, which connect us to the 1/2 classroom. This week, students have been working on labelling illustrations and reflecting on their own experiences to create meaningful writing pieces.
