Integrated Studies and 5/6 Maths
Our volcanos are wonderful!
Our lovely student F-6 have spent the last few weeks learning all about volcanos. Each class has had the opportunity to create their own little volcanos in week 9 and 10 of term 3. We are now getting ready for them to erupt!
The Grade 5/6 student had a sweet treat in maths to end term 3. The 5/6’s have been focusing on fractions in class. Students had the chance to use skittles to motivate their maths learning on Thursday. Creating fractions to represent their skittle pack. Safe to say there was a sugar rush.
